Our heart is for Wellsprings to be a house of prayer, with a core community that facilitate events that gather, train and release.
The prayer room is to be a place of 'neutral ground' where people from varying Christian backgrounds and traditions can meet and engage in creative, prophetic worship & intercession (on one recent evening we noted that 10 different churches were represented there!). This will allow for people to paint, make, write, sing, play instruments or soak as they meet in the presence of God, on their own or with others that may gather. We currently have a simple schedule where various people have opted to lead a 2hr session, with an open 'Encounter' time on most Friday evenings 7.30-10.00pm.
We hope in due course to take interns who wish to spend a few months serving in the prayer room and the community. If you would be interested in such a programme, please email us with some information about yourself.
Friday 20th due to the Soaking School event there will be no led prayer time but you are welcome to use the prayer room or join the conference for the evening. There will be a cost of £5 to join the conference for the evening.
